Hands down the BEST realtor we have ever, and will ever work with! I won’t go to anybody else again. We had a multitude of realty professionals in other areas and they don’t hold a candle compared to Fritz. He listened to exactly what it was we said we wanted. He even asked about features we hadn’t  thought of. He took me on a house touring day to get a good baseline. Gave me the feedback on what opinions I gave him about what features I tended to like, yard size, neighborhood, etc. He even FaceTimed me for the houses that were going to go quick, and I couldn’t get to a showing in time. He negotiated the heck out of the house we have and I wouldn’t change one thing in the process dealing with Fritz. HANDS DOWN, best realtor ever.

Top notch service. He was able to negotiate a very aggressive price. I was impressed with his thoroughness. Any questions I had about the property he quickly found the answer and instead of relying upon someone else’s word he would verify it himself, even if it involved a trip out to the property  to check on electrical outlets. I would recommend him to anyone either selling or purchasing a home. You will receive quick service, find him available at any hour, and follow up after every step to make sure you at getting what you want and fully understand all options.
